Dr. James Wade earned his doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine completing his residency in 1997. His Belleville office continues to grow and he welcomed the opportunity to open an additional location in 2007 in his home town of New Athens.
He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, and a Board Certified Diplomate of Family Medicine. Dr. Wade is a member of AMA, and St. Clair County Medical Society. He is the Medical Director of a local nursing home.
Dr. Wade is active in his home town Baseball Association which he enjoys with both of his sons.

Wally Glauber, NP received his B.S. and M.S. in nursing at SIU, Edwardsville and his Registered Respiratory Therapist Degree from Northwestern University. He also has a Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He was the first Family Nurse Practitioner to graduate from any St. Louis Practititioner Program.
He started in New Athens in September 2007 after working with Dr. Neighbors in Breese, Illinois for 12 years. Wally is concerned about meeting the healthcare needs of the people in New Athens and the surrounding communities. Providing medical care in the areas of adult and pediatric medicine, general gynecology, and minor surgical procedures.

Dr. Rawdon received his residency at SLU in 1998. He is Board Certified, Diplomate of Family Medicine, and a member of AMA and ISMS.
He was born at Memorial Medical Center, Belleville, Illinois and grew up in Collinsville, Illinois. In 1998 he opened his private practice in the Metro East area.
His special interests include Adult Well Care, Sports Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Rawdon resides in Maryville, Illinois with his wife and their two children. He is active in his church and coaches soccer and plays softball.
Dr. Middendorf completed her residency at St. Louis University Belleville Family practice where she was a Chief Resident.
She started her practice in October 2003 and began practicing in Belleville in 2010. Her special interests include Botox and cosmetic office procedures.
Dr. Middendorf resides in Belleville with her husband Mike and their two children.
Pamela Van Bevern, PA-C, MPAS. Pamela completed Physician Assistant Program training at St. Louis University in 1989 and received a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska.
She joined Memorial Medical Group, LLC in March 2008. Prior to joining HPSI she was an Assistant Professor at SLU for 14.5 years.
Pamela resides in O'Fallon, Illinois with her husband Alan and their two sons. She is a pianist at the First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois. In her spare time she teaches piano.

Jessica Morgan, NP. Jessica received her BS in Nursing from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, TN. Her MS in Nursing from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, Illinois.
Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica served 8 years in the Air Force Reserves as a registered nurse. Jessica also has 16 years of experience in the Emergency Department.
Jessica believes that contemporary medicine should include a holistic approach as well, in treating the patient. The emphasis needs to look at the whole person, including analysis of physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional, social, spiritual and lifestyle values.

Dr. Clark - was born and raised in the Midwest and formerly practiced out of Winter Haven, Florida. He and his family are very excited to be back in the Midwest. Dr. Clark went to medical school at Michigan State University and did his Residency with the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is married and has two children.
Dr. Morrison - is an O'Fallon native who formerly practiced out of Pekin, Illinois. He and his wife Robin are excited to have returned to the O'Fallon area. He went to medical school at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and did his residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Morrison served several years in the Air Force prior to returning to civilian practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, and the Wilderness Medical Society.
Dr Buchner - is an O’Fallon native who joined Family Physicians of O’Fallon in September of 2010. She graduated medical school at Loyola University Chicago and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. She is happy to return home to practice Family Medicine. She is Board certified and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is married with a daughter and two dogs.
PA Dizes - joined the practice in 1999. He served in the Medical Corps of the United States Air Force and retired after 20 years of service. He holds a masters degree in Family Medicine. Some of his achievements include: Clinical instructing for both military and civilian physician assistant teaching programs.

PA Boyer - joined the practice in the summer of 2004. He is retired from the US Air Force after serving 21 years in the medical field. He has worked in Primary Care, Family Practice, Emergency Room, and Internal Medicine. His greatest achievement was his three years of service on the President's traveling medicine team at the White House. PA Boyer and his family live in the Belleville area.
PA Diekemper - joined the practice in December 2009. She is a native of southern Illinois and has been practicing Family Medicine for 10 years. PA Diekemper is a graduate of Midwestern University and is a member of the AAPA.
Dr. Lotz - is a Kentucky native who joined the practice in September 2009. He received his Master’s degree from Spalding University in 2004 and completed his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Children, Adolescents, and Families in 2007. Dr. Lotz completed his pre-doctoral training at Father Flanagan’s Girls and Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Illinois Psychological Association. Dr. Lotz and his wife live in the O’Fallon area.
